As I prepare for our Memorial Service I realize tht after four years we have lost many babies to abortion, however we have also witnessed the miracle of many new lives. This is an emotionally taxing work that the Lord has called each of us to in the ministry of the Pregnancy Resource Center.
Tomorrow we will have a small candlelight service for those babies who we have lost to abortion over the past year. We will spend a moment reading scripture, worshiping our Lord and lighting candles in memory or each life that is now in heaven.
While this sounds like a very sad time, we must also remember that we are not in control of any of the clients lives that the Lord sends to us. He has divinely appointed each client to come in our doors and we trust that their lives are in His hands, not ours. It is only in this recognition that we can contiue the battle for souls and for the unborn.
The battle rages on and we must prepare daily to stand on the front lines to reach one life at a time in the strength of our Lord Jesus Christ. If you are reading this and you would like to volunteer your time at your local pregnancy center, pray and see if this is the mission field God is calling you to.
Although sometimes they abort anyway, it is the most amazing ministry work I have ever been involed in. Loving the Lord, loving His people and sharing the Gospel! Ask yourself, could it be any better than that? What are you waiting for, jump in and allow the Lord to work in and through you!
What a beautiful ceremony it was and fruitful time with the volunteers yesterday, Marcia! Thank you for all you do for this ministry in the precious name of Jesus....

Yes some clients go on to abort their unborn baby , but the babies who were saved will be eternally grateful for this ministry, and that it was willing to fight for their life when everyone else was against them. Facing all the road blocks, is worth it knowing even one life was saved.
